CHIC thrives on working with
towards the effective utilization of
community resources. CHIC is
currently the onsite service provider
for the residents of (HJ Russell
Company) Villages at Castleberry Hill,
located in the historic John
Hope/Atlanta University Center
Community.
The East Point Community Action Team
has been incorporated since 1999. This
organization was created to equip
individuals and families with information
and tools to govern and improve the
quality of life in their neighborhoods.
EP-CAT major focus areas are youth
leadership develop-ment, building better
communities, strengthening families to
protect children, and developing a cadre of
volunteers.
21st Century mission is to lead,
innovate and influence giving for Black
community change. As one of the few,
endowed, Black foundations in the U.S.,
Twenty-First Century Foundation (21CF)
works to advance the welfare of the
Black community through strategic and
collective grant making; special
initiatives and research; donor
education and donor services.
The 2025 Campaign for Black Men and Boys is a national collaborative ef ort of several
organizations and individuals. The mission of the 2025 Campaign is to collaboratively develop and
implement an initiative for the educational, social, emotional, physical, spiritual, political and economic
development and empowerment of Black men and boys in the United States. The Campaign is
currently housed at the Twenty-First Century Foundation (21CF), a national public foundation with a
mission to advance strategic Black philanthropy aimed at having a positive impact on social and
economic issues in the Black community. The Campaign’s work is guided by the National Steering
Committee that represents organizations and individuals working in areas of both policy and
practice. As individuals, each member may or may not agree with potential policy solutions and
prescriptions for action, but all believe that greater attention must be paid to understanding issues
plaguing Black males in
the United States.

Green City Atlanta
Green City Atlanta is a green sustainability Economic Development Initiative that will implement Community Sustainability Centers "CSC" throughout the City of Atlanta. The Initiative will use the positive momentum created by the Beltline project as a catalyst for the development and implementation of green research and development projects.

The Dignity in Schools Campaign (DSC) challenges the systemic problem of pushout in our nation's
schools and advocates for the human right of every child to a quality education and to be treated
with dignity. The DSC unites parents, youth, educators and advocates in a campaign to promote
local and national alternatives to a culture of zero-tolerance, punishment and removal.
Strengthening Families and Communities Coalition of Atlanta will strengthen families through
sharing information, encouraging effective policies, and maximizing resources by working in
collaboration.
